The Powder Medicine (粉薬, Konagusuri) is a powdered substance whereas its main component is the ashes of Infernals.[1] It can be used to induce explosions, powerful enough to force a building's ceiling to collapse, and was given to Joker by Victor Licht.[2] The substance is contained in a bottle, which appears to keep it inactive.
