Panda was a citizen of Tokyo.
Appearance
Panda was a stout build. He had a large chin, small eyes and notable bags around his eyes. He wore a varsity jacket and a bandana. His jacket hada stylised 'P' on the left side of his chest, notable for its animal eyes. When working alongside Inca and Sancho, Panda wore a mask resembling a balaclava with a skull pattern.
Plot
Fifth Pillar arc
Panda and Sancho meet with Inca in a park. When Inca yells at them for being late, Panda apologises and Sancho blames him for oversleeping and says they have gotten everything ready. As Panda hands the young girl her hoodie, he asks her how she is able to tell when a fire is going to happen. The trio then don their masks and get ready to exploit Inca's foresight. Later, Panda is brutally murdered by Inca using her newly-awoken Ignition Ability.
Great Cataclysm arc
Following the second Great Cataclysm unfolding, Shinra Kusakabe manipulated time to revert the event and rearrange reality, resulting in Panda returning to life.
